Shipping to the Canary Islands

We have a shipping method for the Canary Islands. The products that can be sent to these regions due to weight and volume will only be laptops, mini PCs and mobile phones.

FREE returns during the first 30 days

In line with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to return purchased products within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, at Reakon we give you 30 days. Reakon collects the equipment for free but it is the customer's obligation to protect it well to receive it in perfect condition and that it does not suffer damage.

Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, the management and cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of Reakon.

Transport damage
